What is the pricing?

We are determined to make these products from international market as cheap as possible for an average Nepalese. Therefore, everyone can enjoy their wants at nominal costs. Pricing depends upon product, weight (actual not dimensional), price, shipping and single/multiple items. For exact pricing, please see here.

Do I need to pay total price upfront?

No,  you absolutely don’t need to (for items over Rs. 3000 ) . You can pay only advance before and rest can be arranged after delivery. 

How much advance do I need to pay?

If your total cost (including shipping and service charge) is less than Rs. 3000, you need to pay 100% of the cost upfront. If your order total is more than Rs. 3000, you can pay only 50% advance and rest can be arranged at the time of delivery (Cash On Delivery is also available in 21 cities).

How do I pay you guys?

You can pay us via bank deposit in Kumari Bank and Sanima Bank, IME or eSewa. If you’re in Pokhara, you can pay via cash as well.

Can you deliver in my city?

Yes, we can deliver in all major cities & upto 40 cites all over the country.  See the list of cities here

How long does it take to deliver my products from India and US?

After you give us the order for your product, we order it immediately and it takes around 3-5 days for products from India to reach Nepal and 5-7 days for products from US to reach Nepal. Note that the products we order online to our Indian and US warehouse takes time to reach. It depends upon the seller and the product type, usually 2-4 days.

Can you risk if my product comes damaged?

Yes, we do. We take 100% of the risk for shipping for your products for absolutely FREE of charge.

Is there any offer for a regular shopper?

Absolutely. Since, the founding of StrikeSales, we have introduced 2% cashback for every purchase, and this reward will apply to this new service as well. Yes, you heard it right, 2% cashback for every single purchase. Cashback can be redeemed for the next order you do. This means the more you shop, the less you have to pay for your product.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, it can be cancelled but you’d have to exchange it with other product or it would cost you 10% of the total price without exchanges. If we have already received your product to our warehouse, it can’t be cancelled.

Do I need to send you bank deposit slip?

No. We’ve mobile banking and internet banking enabled for all of our payment platforms therefore we can verify it online. You can just call us with your name or even text us that you’d made the payment (advance or rest) and its done.

How do I check the status of my order?

Well, this is awesome and we’re proud to say that we are pretty much the only ones who will send you every status of your order right on your messenger or phone number. We will try our best to make our customer service as best as possible.
